A case study

Custom API Integration
a CMS (Content Management System) and Custom API (Application Programming Interface) integration

Man With A Van had been building the new infrastructure to handle all job booking but there was a problem. In order to get an accurate quote, more information was needed from clients than clients might be wanting to provide upfront.

StudioBuster set out to simplify and enhance the booking process. Collaborating with the internal team at Man With A Van, we rapidly iterated on prototypes to develop the main solution: providing accurate quotes while making it easy for potential customers to provide the necessary information.

As well as the booking system, we also provided custom solutions for a bespoke content management system that helped create content for MWAV's organic search optimisation strategy as well as providing a ecommerce solution for selling moving equiptment like boxes.

The moving industry is fiercely competitive. StudioBuster was able provide super responsive User Experience solutions alongside custom content such as hints and times, social proof an other helpful content along the way to help users along the way.

Our job was to make the painful process of organising a move as pain free as possible.

Small helpful features such as providing commonly used suburbs when searching for suburbs helps move through booking a move more efficiently. Hints and tips also provide additional information when they are relevant.

StudioBuster completely rebuilt of our complex booking system. He worked closely with our internal systems team to prototype and refine the user experience.

The end result is a booking process that our customers love. What impressed us most was Finn's ability to take a complicated onboarding flow and make it intuitive.

Finn didn't just build what we asked for — he helped us envision what was possible.
